What You’ll Do
Deliver Engaging Lessons: Lead fun, safe, and child-led baby, toddler, and preschooler swimming classes.
Track Development: Record swimmers’ attendance, progress, and water milestones.
Build Relationships: Communicate warmly and professionally with parents, guardians, and little ones as a proud representative of Turtle Tots.
Who We’re Looking For
Personality First: A kind, playful, patient, and energetic personality with a natural affinity for working with children aged 0–5 years.
Flexibility: Availability to work 1 weekend day (Sunday) alongside midweek hours (Friday).
Transport: Full driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
Qualifications (Bonus, but NOT required): Swimming instructor or lifeguard certifications are an advantage, but not essential — full training is provided to the successful applicant!
